There are two double bedrooms, one has a private deck. Both have luxurious queen beds and built-ins. There is also a sun-room with a double sofa-bed where you can enjoy ocean views to the east and panoramic lake views to the west.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and mirowave adjoins the contemporary dining and lounge area complete with fireplace, television, DVD and CD player.
Multiple French doors frame the back of the house which hosts an outdoor dinning area and BBQ facilities.

Sympathetic pathways link the house to the native garden and the painting platform which was built by Boyd. Boyd’s painting platform is a great place to relax and enjoy a late afternoon drink while taking in the incredible views north across the whole of Shoalhaven Bight.

It’s an easy stroll to the beach directly from the native garden for a leisurely morning swim. There is also an outdoor shower for beachgoers.
